  • Hover over individual colored cells to read precise daily tracked hours and detailed metadata.
  • Colors correspond to performance statuses (Compliant, NonCompliance, Vacation, Over Capacity, Weekend) to quickly spot gaps.

The Iteration module allows team leads to explore Scrum schedules and generate high-level KPI reports:
  • Review current, past, and upcoming sprints categorized by team.
  • Identify start dates, end dates, and overall sprint duration.
  • Click Export KPIs, select the target sprints, and trigger a structured Excel download summarizing agile delivery metrics.

Compliant NonCompliance Vacation Over Capacity Weekend
  • Compliant: Tracked effort is aligned with expected daily capacity.
  • NonCompliance: Tracked effort is below the expected daily requirement.
  • Vacation: Employee was marked on vacation for that day.
  • Over Capacity: Tracked effort exceeds expected daily capacity limits.
  • Weekend: Weekend record shown for visibility and complete range coverage.

The Send Mail feature is triggered directly from the compliance report page:
  • Individual Mail: Sends a separate email to each selected non-compliant employee.
  • Collective Mail: Sends grouped compliance data to the responsible team lead.
  • Add a global custom note or provide row-specific annotations before dispatching the emails.

Administrators can update underlying data mappings securely:
  • Employee Directory: Create and modify employee details, adjust standard target capacities, and map user levels.
  • Team Management: Add or refine teams, associate departments, and link members.

  • Use smaller date ranges for faster compliance review and easier validation.
  • Filter by team before using collective mail to keep notifications highly focused.
  • Review drilldown task details first to verify context before sending compliance reminders.
  • Leverage Excel exports for audits, offline review, or sharing key metrics with stakeholders.
